The Manitoulin-Sudbury District Services Board (DSB) is committed to providing safe, clean, affordable housing to persons or families in our communities in accordance with the Housing Services Act and the Residential Tenancies Act.
This manual is intended to assist staff; tenants and anyone else understand and interpret the Acts in accordance with our mission.
We work within our municipalities and other service providers to assist with providing a subsidized rent and related services to promote independence and quality of life within the communities we serve.
