Non resident electors of the territory without municipal organization within the jurisdiction of the Manitoulin-Sudbury District Services Board are now eligible to participate in the election of three (3) representatives to the Board.
Nominee Qualifications
A person is eligible to be a DSSAB member representing territory without municipal organization if they are a Canadian citizen who is at least 18 years of age, and:
- a permanent resident of the territory without municipal organization; or
- an owner or tenant of property in the territory without municipal organization; or
- the spouse or partner of an owner or tenant of property in the territory without municipal organization
Les électeurs non résidents du territoire sans organisation municipale dans la juridiction du Conseil des Services du District de Manitoulin-Sudbury sont maintenant admissibles à participer à l'élection de trois représentants au Conseil.
