To detail issued protective equipment/devices and to inform personnel on the use.
Provide necessary protective equipment for the safety of the paramedics in the performance of services in various working environment.
The purpose of the Manta helmet is to provide the wearer with head protection and eye protection and increased conspicuity when worn at defined incidents.
High Visibility Traffic Vest or Service issued outerwear must be worn at the following incidents:
High Visibility Arm Bands must be worn in conjunction with the high visibility vest when not wearing the service issued high visibility jacket.
Work gloves may be indicated where there may be the potential for hand injury due to glass, sharp metal objects etc.
