MISSION 

The Mission of Manitoulin-Sudbury DSB Paramedic Services is to engage with stakeholders, patients, families and allied agencies, and by participating in the full scope of pre-hospital health care, and when necessary to facilitate transportation to the ill, the injured and the vulnerable in all the communities we serve.

Paramedic Services will accomplish this role by committing to our responsibilities under the mandate for Manitoulin-Sudbury District Services Board, and as both an emergency service, a public safety agency, and a health care agent.

VISION

The Vision of Manitoulin-Sudbury DSB Paramedic Services is to design, develop and deliver our strategies, programs, policies, protocols, plans, procedures and directives in a manner that assures;

  1. Paramedic Services delivers 100% of responses with a fulsome appreciation and respect for the individual needs of every patient.
  2. Proven and evidence-based methods to render medical care and transportation, while working as heath care leaders in responsible, collaborative and innovative system. 
  3. Commitment to our Paramedics, Paramedic Superintendents, support staff, senior team, and each member’s family, to ensure safety and exceptional quality of life.
