Espanola Supportive Housing will be located at 661 Queensway and will be a one-floor apartment building, with 8 1-bedroom units that are fully accessible and 2, 1-bedroom, barrier-free units. The building will include a common laundry, a common room, and an office. Like all housing buildings in the Manitoulin-Sudbury DSB, various support will be available to tenants on site. Supports will evolve based on tenant needs and interests.
